The three executive officers are the president, secretary, and treasurer.
The treasurer serves as the chief financial officer of the conference, its subsidiaries, and owned institutions. He provides financial management in the budgeting and operation of the conference. He also serves as the office manager.
Converted to Christianity at age 25, Leroy Bruch began pastoral ministry in the Ohio Conference in 1983 and was ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1986. His pastoral ministry experience has included pastorates in the Ohio, New Jersey, Greater New York and Michigan Conferences. Prior to beginning ministry in the Michigan Conference he also served as Coordinator and then Director of Multi Ethnic Ministries for the Greater New York Conference. Since 2001 he has served as the Treasurer of the Michigan Conference. Pastor Bruch holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a Bachelors Degree in Theology with a Secondary Education Minor and a Master of Divinity Degree. A veteran of the Vietnam conflict Pastor Bruch served as a staff auditor for the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) in Washington DC prior to entering full time pastoral ministry. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with licensure in the states of Maryland and Michigan. Pastor Bruch is married to Diana (Cross) Bruch and they currently reside in Grand Ledge Michigan.
