|The Adventist Book Center (ABC) has grown over the years from one small store to a chain of more than 50 book centers. In Michigan we serve members at two main locations:
1. 320 W. St. Joseph, Lansing, MI 48933 (1-800-UR-MY-ABC or 517 316-1502);
If a holiday week-end comes on one of the first two Sundays of the month, the Lansing ABC will be closed that Sunday.
2. 8998 US 31, Berrien Springs, MI 49103 (1-877-227-4800).
Every Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The Berrien Springs store is open every Sunday and most holidays EXCEPT Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
There is more to the ABC than the name suggests. It is actually the resource center of the local church. In addition to a full range of reading material, it handles all the Sabbath School supplies and stocks magazines, music, compact discs, felts, games, gifts, Bibles, DVDs, story CDs,VBS programs, health foods and more. Health foods are available only at the Lansing ABC. Many books, CDs, DVDs, Bibles, and Bible lessons are available in Spanish.
As a resource center, the ABC works closely with each department in the conference office. Educational books for our schools are handled by the ABC. Bibles and study guides used in the Lay Bible Ministries program are ordered through the ABC. Many of the workshops and training seminars held around the state are supported with a display of materials set up by the ABC.
