	On-line Registration will be in March 5-16, 2013. During these dates, click the folder on the left for a copy of the application. Please note that paper applications will also be in the March Michigan Memo and may be submitted anytime. The first random selection will be done on March 26, 2013. Notifications will be mailed out by April 9, 2013.
