This is a VERY important step. It cannot be completed online because it requires signatures. Simply download the following form and then proceed to Step Three. You will need to complete the forms and then mail them in or bring them with you to camp. Also, included is the What to Bring list and general camp information. Please keep the last page of the download handy.

Junior Camp / Youth Outpost
                               THROUGH June 15, 2010—$95
                               AFTER June 15, 2010—$105
                               Additional siblings—$80 ea.

                            Recruiting Incentive
                               Recruit NEW camper(s): $15 OFF recruiter's camp fee for each NEW camper / family.

                            Payment Options
                               1. Online Payment
                                  (Note: There is an additional $2.50 service fee per camper.)

                                You may pay for ALL campers at once, but you must
                                  register them SEPARATELY. SORRY, CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.

                           2. Send check or money order
